Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return up to 90 days from the date of purchase and we would be happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our policy below.

Returns have a handling fee that is based on the estimated label cost or $8.50 per order if shipping costs cannot be estimated. You will be required to return the product to us to receive a refund. All returned products must be in new or gently used condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, then we will issue a refund in the amount of the original charge (including tax), less the shipping fees for your original order, which are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method that you provided. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 7-14 business days after you receive the notification e-mail to reflect this transaction.

Only products purchased on getclutch.com may be returned to us in accordance with this policy. We do not accept returns of items purchased at the physical stores or websites of our authorized retailers.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty or mostly used bottles, reseller activity, or fraud).

  • Can you cancel or edit my order for me? Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits. If you forgot to apply a discount code on your order please contact us at support@getclutch.com
  • How long does it take to process the refund? Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. If you are a Clutch AF, Inc. subscriber, initiating a return does not mean you are no longer subscribed from future orders. You can manage your subscription in the account portal.
